Charlene Harden
In 2014, Charlene Magee Harden enrolled at Queens College looking to further her education to expand not only her knowledge, but to fulfill her passion to strengthen her community. During her years at Queens College she excelled in her studies which she later was rewarded for as she became a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success. Her leadership and genuine heart caught the interest of others. It is here that she also became a woman of the prestigious, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. (AKA, Inc.). Given the opportunity to represent this great organization, she found an outlet to give back to the youth and collaborate with like minds that “Exemplify Excellence” on a greater scale.
Having been a business woman since 2009 with her daycare, Charlene imparts excellence in each child’s mind that she meets. Service to the community is in her blood and whether volunteering at her aunt’s food pantry or teaching at an after-school program, she brings that top-notch AKA, Inc. class front and center. Several of the young ladies from the after-school program inquired about Charlene’s AKA, Inc. paraphernalia and were intrigued.
What you wear is, at times, as important as what you say and how you act. With all three (clothes, actions, speech) lining up, Charlene continuously sets an example for people of all ages to do better. With KAYLENE’S GREEK NALIA, Charlene wants every customer to set a positive example as they wear a purchased item from our establishment. Intrigue a young mind and change the world for the better!
