Shipping Methods
Kaylene’s Greek Nalia uses two different carriers to ensure your items arrive on time. When your items are shipped, we will use the most appropriate delivery method, depending on the weight and shipping destination of your package.
Our two carriers are:
United Parcel Service (UPS)
United States Postal Service (USPS)
UPS has teamed up with USPS to assist with deliveries for Standard Shipping. Under the UPS Smart Delivery Options, UPS will transport the package initially, then the package will be handed over to your local USPS for delivery to your shipping destination.
Merchandise you order may be filled from several locations, and items may arrive separately. If this is the case:
You will not incur additional shipping charges .
Your shipping charge (if applicable) will be split across the multiple packages when your order is shipped.
Please note: Orders being shipped to a P.O. Box address will be delivered by Standard Delivery only and are excluded from the expedited shipping options.
Special Shipping Information & Restrictions
Merchandise in stock, is usually processed and shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days. We will let you know at checkout or by a follow-up email, if your merchandise is currently in stock or if we need to verify the availability of the items.
What I Should Expect Once my Order is Placed
You will receive an order confirmation email that will include an estimated shipment date(s) based on the delivery method selected when the order was placed.
Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Select the Track Shipment link provided in the email to receive the most up-to-date shipping information

Other Important Shipping information
Gift Cards: Sent via USPS and will ship within 3 business days. E-Gift Cards sent via email will be delivered within 48 hours.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the order on the carrier's website. By clicking the link, you will be able to check the status of your order once it's in transit.
Note: It may take 24-48 hours for your tracking information to reflect details on the UPS, FedEx, or USPS sites.
Tracking store orders: To track your store order, have your receipt available and contact the store where you placed the order.
When Will I Receive My Order?
We're working hard to support our customers during the COVID-19 crisis. Orders placed Monday through Sunday will take an estimated 5-7 business days for delivery. We're sorry, we are experiencing heavy call volume and some delivery delays. We appreciate your business, patience and understanding during this global crisis.
Return Policy
What is Kaylene’s Greek Nalia Return Policy?
We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept most returns by mail within 30 days of purchase for free. Exceptions are noted below. Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with original tags. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

Items must be in original condition and with original packaging.
Items are not returnable if worn, altered, or tags removed.
Returns exclude Gift Cards.
All sales are final on clearance items.
Items can be returned in unworn, unwashed, new condition within 30 days of purchase.
Shipping fees and surcharges will not be refunded.
A restocking fee of 15% will be assessed.
How Refunds are Received
We will credit your account(s) within 3–5 business days of receiving your return. It may take several days to post activity to your account.
You have proof of purchase: If you have your original receipt, the credit card you used to purchase, your return label or packing slip, you will get a refund in the original form of payment
You don’t have proof of purchase: You may still be eligible for store credit for the item's lowest selling price within the last 60 days.
How to Make an Exchange
Exchanges by mail: Only items purchased online can be returned by mail. Once you complete your return, place a new order for the item at current selling price.
